The reporting portfolio covered all Dell Storage and Server product lines and approximately 5-7 go-to-market programs.
The old process relied on weekly Excel work and ad-hoc analysis; the new setup moved reporting into secure dashboard access with defined profiles.
The work included metric definitions, functional specifications, UAT scenarios, release checks, documentation and user training.
A related pipeline-to-revenue forecasting model used Salesforce pipeline composition and historical conversion behavior to support quarter-end visibility.
